Whether you’re hosting a bridal party brunch and you need coffee catering, or you need cocktail catering to mark an anniversary, we can accommodate the needs of your event.
Parkway’s bar catering is an add-on service to our event catering. You can reserve our lounge, the Scarlet Room, or even the entire restaurant to host your guests, and soon we’ll be offering off-site catering and bartending services to bring Parkway to you.
But a meal isn’t complete without the perfect drink pairing. Our bar service catering will keep coffee mugs hot, wine flowing and champagne on ice so you can relax and enjoy the company of your guests.
Catering Bar Packages and Costs
No matter your budget or event size, Parkway offers bar catering services to fit your needs.
Our beverage catering services are charged at an hourly rate, per person. We have three different options for bar and beverage packages that you can add on to a Parkway catered event, so choose whatever suits best:
All-Inclusive Bar Package (Hourly pricing based per person, minimum 2 hours)
- 2 Hours: $28 per person
- 3 Hours: $32 per person
- 4 Hours: $36 per person

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package (Hourly pricing based per person, minimum 2 hours)
$6 per person. Includes:

- Diet Coke
- Sprite
- Pepper
- Fruit Juices
- Coffee
- Iced Tea
- Water
Beer & Wine Package (hourly pricing based per person, minimum 2 hours)
- 2 Hours: $18 per person
- 3 Hours: $24 per person
- 4 Hours: $30 per person
Includes:
- Selected Imported & Domestic Beers
- House Wines (1 Red, 1 White)
- Coffee
- Soda
- Iced Tea
- Fruit Juices
- Water
CASH BAR:
All of our cash bars have a:
- $75 set-up fee
- $75 bartender fee
Unlike the bar and beverage catering packages, the catering drinks at cash bars are paid for by your guests as they order and drinks are individually priced. Non-alcoholic selections like sodas and juices are always $3, and bottled water (still or sparkling) is available at your request. A full bar is also available upon request.

HOSTED BAR:
Catering drinks per person are priced à la carte, and are tallied by the catering bartender throughout the event.
WINE CATERING SERVICES:
You may choose up to three wine selections from the Parkway Wine List to be poured for guests at current menu pricing. You would be charged for each bottle opened.
